You are the FY2 working in general practice and have been asked to see Mrs Claudia Baker, a 30 year old female who has attended for her post-natal check at 6 weeks. She has attended the appointment with her baby boy.
You have been asked to perform a post-natal check on the mother. Please take a focussed history from the patient and answer any questions she may have. You do not need to examine the baby as he is well.
